Creativity as Mindfulness with Soft Studio Days

Excited to collaborate with Soft Studio Days to present this in-person workshop that focuses on understanding how creativity and art can foster mindfulness.

I will be sharing how creative practices can foster mindfulness and guiding you in an exercise to engage with your inner self, and Taia of Soft Studio days will be guiding you through an arts practice to give space for what arises.

Creativity as mindfulness involves engaging in art practices that are open and engaging in exploration of what we are creating - non-judgmentally and with curiosity to understand and give space to our emotions.
